The process was long and, at times, exhausting but David ensured it was as painless and seamless as possible. He was effective at reassuring us, guiding us, and at times functioned as a comedic relief when we began feeling overwhelmed. He was super communicative, had the virtual version of an open-door policy, and was an overall joy to work with. If you do not have a sense of humor, David is not for you.
